                                         Tracy Youth Soccer League  

NOTE:  Parents/Players -- Registrations will close on JUNE 1st.  
To avoid being placed on the waiting list for Fall soccer, please register before June 1st, 2013.
 

            The Registration cost this year is $125.00 per player with a $5 discount for each sibling.
                        (example;  Child 1 ($125), Child 2 ($120), Child 3 ($115)--for 3 sibling children, the cost would be $360 total) 

Please NOTE:  
1.  Regardless of which method you choose to register, you must complete all steps to be registered for fall soccer--including submitting all required paperwork. 

2.  The $125 to register does not include the TYSL uniform--see bottom of this page regarding uniform costs and purchase location.

We have three ways to register;
1. Online.  
You can register your player online after Feb 15th, 2013.  Just follow the instructions provided under the online registration website.

2. Mail-in 
    a. Download the 1601 Player form and fill out--make sure you sign the Medical Release located at the bottom right-hand side.
    b. Make a copy of the filled-out 1601 Player form--TYSL needs 2 copies of the form.
    c. Download the Parent Code of Conduct form and review and sign the bottom.
    d. Make Check payable to TYSL for $125 (for 1 player) or add and apply discount if you are registering multiple siblings--see note above in blue. 
    e. If you plan on coaching or helping with your childs team, download and fill-out the 1628 Participation Form
    f. Mail all applicable items and check to;

Dates:  
      April 19th 6:30pm to 8:30pm
      April 20th 10 am to 2pm
      May 3rd 6:30pm to 8:30pm
      May 4th 10 am to 2pm

All new players must bring proof of age with legal birth document. Players for U6 must be 5 by October 1st and players for U19 must be 18 by July 31st   Cost: $125 per player.

Forms for Registration

 

;After TYSL Registrations are complete, the following process begins.   

  1. TYSL volunteers begin the process of placing kids in the correct age groups and forming teams.
  2. We then identify volunteer coaches for each team created.  This is sometimes challenging as there are times when we have more players/teams then volunteer coaches.
  3. After teams have been created, we meet with the coaches to distribute their team rosters and soccer equipment. 
  4. We ask the coaches to contact their teams by August 10th to begin practices.
  5. We then have our opening ceremonies in late August called "Day on the Green".   This is when team and individual photos will be taken.  As part of your registration fees, you will receive a free team and individual photo of you child.
  6. Games begin around/after Labor Day.  Under 6 Girls play on Wednesday night, Under 6 Boys play Thursday night both at the Sports Complex, all other age groups play on a Saturday Schedule either at Plasencia Fields, Sports Complex, or Tracy Ball Park depending on how many teams are formed.


Note:  All TYSL players must have the Blue TYSL Jersey, Shorts, and Socks to play.  If you are registering online and/or just need a uniform, visit DAYAK's DEN to purchase before the season starts. The uniform costs is $25.
