TOPSoccer has provided children with physical and/or mental disabilities an enriching and empowering experience since 1991.
The Tracy Youth Soccer League TOPSoccer program is open to athletes of all ages. Players are placed based on ability.
The program enables athletes to strengthen their inter-personal skills while enjoying the wonderful game of Soccer!
